This website is part of your gift. I know you’re going to be a teacher now, but I figured you might still want to have a professional portfolio site—either for your teaching resume, or for freelance writing purposes, or both.
Either way, I’d like to help you make this site look great to help you get your next gig.
When you have some time, you and I can sit down and figure out how to best use it. Now you have your personal domain name, and this is a WordPress site that’s hosted on my server. It’s more flexible than the free WordPress.org sites you’ve used before, and we can really turn it into anything you want. You can log in right now and start editing if you want!
I hope that this is a useful gift one day in the future. But for now, I think you can “unwrap” this—it’ll be a little more fun…
